Screen Families
We meet with every family we work with in their home and conduct an in-depth interview. It is important to us to get to know both the nannies we place and the families we work for on a personal level to help us really get to know them and enable to us to make the best recommendation possible. We are also able to be sure they are offering a safe and comfortable work environment before placing a nanny with their family.
Professional Presentation
Your job is to be a great nanny. Our job is to make sure families see that. We create a custom application file for you that highlights your strengths, your recent and relevant experience and education, and your unique skills.
